With an objective to enable an all-round development, Sainik School Punglwa organised inter-house cultural competition, one of the annual co-curricular activities in the school on May 2 and 3.
The two days event was graced by Lt Col M Kiran Meitei, the officiating principal as the chief guest. He remarked that creativity should be the hallmark of such competitions and encouraged the cadets to bring forth innovative items. He also gave away the trophy and congratulated the winners for the effort they have put in.
This year, Doyang House lifted the inter- house cultural trophy.
Group song, group dance, cultural items of other states, Naga traditional dance, skit and master of ceremony (MC) were the events in which the six mother houses competed for the trophy.
