SCERT, Nagaland will be inaugurating the SCERT training annexe building, commissioning the Edu Sat & Studio followed by release and screening of 3 short films on Naga values and motifs on August 19, 10 a.m at SCERT Training Annexe Building, below High School Ground, Kohima.
