Heavy landslides in four locations have blocked Pholami-Phek road along the ongoing construction of Pfutsero-Phek two-lane road under SARDP- NE. It was learnt that the retaining walls and brace walls had been completely damaged besides laid granular sub base (GSB) from 41+ 600km to 41+700 km chainage.
Travellers planning to take the affected road have been requested to take alternative route till the road was cleared. Madhucon Ltd PRO Vezhoduyi Nakro informed that the road clearance was likely to take three-four days.
