MLA of 5 Ghaspani-II A/C, Zhaleo Rio visited the construction site of the hanging bridge that connects Henivi and Toluvi villages with Dimapur on December 19 and took first hand assessment of the undergoing work.
In a press note by president NPF 5 Ghaspani II A/C, Seyielhoutuo Keyho and general secretary, Tokihe Zhimo, briefing the villagers and party executives, Zhaleo affirmed that the work will be completed in time and said that there cannot be any compromise in terms of the quality of work.
He also stated that earlier the bridge had been washed away by flash floods this year and it was from his personal intervention that reconstruction began right after monsoon.
He further informed that the bridge which connects the two villages with Dimapur near Padumpukhuri over Chathe River will be motor able even for two-wheelers once completed in time.
