Nagaland State Cooperative Bank Ltd (NStCB) has shifted its Tuli branch office to its own new building at Tuli town and inaugurated the new building along with the ATM booth on December 8 with board of director NStCB Ltd, M. Bendangnukshi Longkumer as the chief guest.
A press release issued by general manager (admin & vigl), Lipoktoba Aier stated that speaking on the inaugural function, Bendangnukshi informed that there were 21 branches of the bank in Nagaland and it was the sixth branch building. He appealed the public of Tuli town and adjoining areas to have financial transaction and avail the facilities provided by the bank at par with the other nationalized and commercial banks.
Managing director, Imtilemba Longkumer delivered the keynote address wherein he highlighted the activities of the bank and the different products of the bank. Pastor Tuli Baptist Church, Rev. C. Tongpang said the invocation prayer, general manager (Planning & Development), Ningsangwaba delivered the welcome address, while branch manager Tuli branch, Gaithaorung Rongmei pronounced the vote of thanks. Earlier, the ATM booth in the new building of Changtongya branch was inaugurated by deputy registrar of Cooperative Societies Mokokchung, Alangla Tonger. Speaking on the occasion as the chief guest Alangla appealed co-ooperation from the public with the bank officials.
Short speeches were also delivered by BOD NStCB Ltd, M. Bendangnukshi Longkumer and chairman GB Union Changtongya, I. Sowa Jamir. The programme was chaired by managing director NStCB Ltd, Imtilemba Longkumer, who also delivered the welcome address, while GM (P&D), Ningsangwaba delivered the key note address.
Pastor Changtongya Baptist Church, T. Aliba Imchen said the invocation prayer, branch manager NStCB Ltd Changtongya branch, I. Lanuniken pronounced the vote of thanks while SHG Changtongya village presented a special number. The programme was attended by DDM (NABARD) Mokokchung, distinguish government officials, GBs from all ward, chairman Changtongya Town Council and VCCs under Changtongya sub-division.
