KDLSA begins ‘door to door’ legal awareness campaign

Kiphire District Legal Services Authority (KDLSA) has begun its “door to door” campaign on legal awareness initiated by Nagaland State legal Services Authority (NSLSA) under the theme “Reach out; someone over there needs you” on Saturday.
KDLSA aims to visit Kiphire village, Seyochung village, Amahator village, Phelunger village, Longthonger village, Yingshikiur village, Anatonger village, Litsawong village, Singrep village, Langkok village, Kiusam village, Chikiponger village, Metonger village, Sangkhumti village and Phuvkiu village during the campaign which would culminate on September 23.
On Saturday, Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) under KDLSA conducted “door to door” campaign at Tutheze village and Sanphure village under Kiphire district.
During the visit PLVs are creating awareness on legal rights and free legal aid services available in the district. Booklets are also beign distributed to the villagers.
