NSCN/GPRN has extended warm greetings on the joyous occasion of Ngada festival of the Rengma Nagas. In a press release, NSCN/GPRN (Akato Chophi) through its MIP stated that Ngada was a post-harvest festival, celebrated as a sign of thanksgiving and time for rejoicing, where village high priest called “Phensengu” heralds the beginning of the festival, observed with feastings, singings and dancing.
NSCN/GPRN prayed that the spirit of Ngada festival be upon Rengma Naga brothers and sisters and that it bring them good fortunes in life including prosperity, wealth, health and happiness.
