Nagaland governor La Ganesan and chief minister Neiphiu Rio have extended Ngada greetings to the Rengma community.
Governor said Ngada festival is a celebration of the post-harvest with thanksgiving to the Almighty God for His bountiful blessings and a festival of merry-making and rejoicing, good wishes for good luck and prosperity. Ganesan called upon all to celebrate the festival by invoking a new spirit of goodwill, forgiveness and more understanding to usher in peace and unity in the land
In a post on X, Rio hoped that the festival would strengthen bonds and remind all afresh of the Almighty’s blessings.
