Sky Lark Club emerged as the champion of the first Super Six Cricket Meet organised by Kiphire District Cricket Association on December 30 and 31, 2023 under the theme “Explore Young Talent” at Kiphire HQ. The tournament was organised in its hunt for young talent to promote cricket sporting under Kiphire district.
In the final match, Sky Lark Club defeated Kiphire Night Riders by 18 runs. Having won the toss and opt to bat, Sky Lark Club scored 59 runs and chasing the target, the Night Riders manged to score 41 runs all out and where the Sky Lark Club won by 18 runs to lift the first ever Super Six Trophy. Altogether, 11 cricket clubs under Kiphire district registered to compete in the tournament. Meanwhile, the Kiphire District Cricket Association expressed its gratitude to all the clubs, match officials and well-wishers for the grand success of the tournament.
