National Socialist Council of Nagalim (NSCN) has expressed deep sadness over the untimely demise of Vitoshe Achumi, executive member, steering committee, NSCN from UT on January 14.
In a condolence message, NSCN has also mourned the passing of its members namely ‘capt. (Retd.)’ M. Khamkhui, deputy kilonser of Wung-Tangkhul Region, T. Hengba Moses, razou peyu of Maram-Thangal region, ‘lieut. col(retd.)’ HT. Mahesh Anal, tatar of Khurmi Region, and Hiksoul Marchang, deputy kilonser of Wung-Tangkhul Region.
NSCN said it was deeply indebted for the service rendered by them for the dear cause of the “Naga political issue”. It said their sacrificial spirits and dedication for the Naga nation shall be recorded in the pages of Naga history.
NSCN expressed condolences to the bereaved families and prayed that the Almighty God grant them the strength and comfort to bear the loss and departed souls rest in eternal peace.
