Animal health care-cum- vaccination held

A day long animal health care -cum -vaccination jointly organized by ICAR, Jharnapani and Veterinary hospital, Dimapur under ASCAD, was held on November 21 at Niuland town.
According to deputy director veterinary hospital, Dimapur, 450 number of cattle buffaloes vaccination of HS and BQ, FMD, 150 Number of SF, 200 doses of RD2Fl, castration treatment of various diseases was conducted.
Resource persons included Dr. L.G Zhimomi, Dr. W.R Singh ICAR, Dr. Asenuo, Dr. Doreen, staff of veterinary hospital Dimapur. The deputy director while lauding the corporation of vice chairman Niuland Ad-hoc town council for his corporation has informed villages to contact DVO Dimapur deputy director, veterinary hospital Dimapur for animal vaccination. .
During the vaccination camp, free medicines were also distributed.
Meanwhile, vice chairman Niuland Ad-hoc town council Kughaho Chophi in a separate release has, on behalf of the villagers and participants expressed gratitude to resource persons from ICAR, Jharnapani and Veterinary hospital, Dimapur under ASCAD for successfully conducting animal vaccination thereby benefiting the public of Niuland area.
