The All Nagaland Shaolin Kung-Fu Association in collaboration with Don Bosco Sports Academy Dimapur Province, conducted a three-day Winter Jungle Adventurous Training Course from December 11 to 13 at their Training Centre, New Chümoukedima B’Khel.
In the training course, a huge number of participants from different parts of Nagaland took part in the activities allotted to them during the sessions. There were different activities apart from the formal trainings, emergency first aid, survival training, obstacles like (sticks, monkey rope climbing, core body balancing, water log running etc), treasure hunt and many more activities were conducted during the three-day event.
Deputy grandmaster and chief general ANSKA, Master Dr. Ruokuo John Sorunuo, welcomed all the participants and emphasized each one to take back good memories of the event, promote physical exercise and physical activities for good health. He urged them to be consistent with good moral discipline and welcome more participants in the next Jungle Adventurous Training Course from all districts of the state.
The official team coaches for different activities were present with the participants for the whole three-day event and coordinator DBSA Dimapur Province, Rev. Fr. Jojiang Daniel Gangmei, who was also present, encouraged one to hold good principles and called upon the participants to partake the challenges that are ahead of them with good faith and courage.
