The Happy Trail 2 program under the Wipro Earthian Trekking and Camping initiative for the Nagaland Chapter supported by the Wipro Foundation and organized by the Community Educational Centre Society (CECS) was held at the Community Reserve Forest, Rangkang, Kangtsung Yimsen Tuli, Mokokchung from January 28 to 31.

The four-day, three-night adventure brought together 20 students from six government schools from Dimapur and Kohima, along with one private school, for an immersive outdoor learning experience.

The activities were structured in three key themes, Guided by Nature’s Wisdom – Expert-led sessions on environmental awareness and conservation, Bridging Generations Through Nature’s Tapestry – Connecting students with local traditions and ancestral knowledge and Crafting Traditions – Hands-on creative activities inspired by indigenous practices.

The Happy Trail initiative continues to inspire young learners, fostering a deep appreciation for nature and promoting sustainable living practices. As these students return home with newfound experiences and friendships, they carry with them a sense of adventure, a respect for the environment and memories that will last a lifetime.
