The Confederation of All Nagaland State Service Employees Association (CANSSEA) Dimapur Unit, in its general meeting on May 17, 2025, at Saramati Hotel, resolved to support the All India State Government Employees Federation (AISGEF) strike scheduled for July 9, 2025.
During the meeting, key issues such as the 8th ROP, CMHIS, and the Old Pension Scheme were discussed, with the unit unanimously backing the decisions made by the CANSSEA central team.
To facilitate participation in the strike, a fundraising committee was formed, comprising representatives from multiple departments.
CANSEA Dimapur unit president I. Anungba Sanglir emphasized the need for government employees to focus on effective service, urging them to prioritize shaping a better future for upcoming officers.
