Introduction:
Strings Entertainment Co. is an amalgamation of people each experienced in their respective fields.
The motto is to reach out to the educated unemployed youth and encourage them in participating and preparing to explore varied fields as a career choice. As its first step to achieve these aims, Strings Entertainment Co
organized the last Miss Dimapur beauty pageant and will also be organizing the current Miss Dimapur
’08 slated on November 22 at DDSC stadium.
An annual event, this time around will be held on a bigger platform wherein the aspiring contestants will undergo one-week intensive training programme from professional experts for Ramp Modeling, etiquettes, beauty, speech therapy and personality development. The winner of Miss Dimapur ’07 will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs 30,000/- along with attractive gift vouchers. The first and the second runners up will be awarded with cash prize of Rs.15,000/- and Rs. 10,000/- each along with gift vouchers. The sub-titles for Miss Congeniality, Miss Photogenic, Readers choice, Miss Talented, Miss Beautiful Skins and more will also be awarded with cash prize of Rs.2,000/- along with attractive gift vouchers. Winner of the Miss Dimapur ’08 title will also be the grand ambassador of the Strings Entertainment Co. and all three winners will be given the opportunity of contracts for movies, modeling etc., from Strings Entertainment Co.
The Fashion Show:
Fashion show and modeling is our main focus and effort to promote local talents in the world of fashion to the outside world. We are also enabling local designers to showcase their designs during the show. Professional designers from Nagaland will be displaying their couture during the show. Up coming models from Nagaland will be sashaying the catwalk during the show and will be given opportunities to showcase their talents in mega fashion events in India through ‘Strings Entertainment Co.’
Musicians:
In a conscious effort to promote the music Industry, we are putting in together locally talented musicians and well-known dancers and solo artist of the country to present the show in a bigger platform.
