One person was run over by a mini bus when he jumped from the moving bus near Classic Island junction, Kohima, Tuesday around 9 a.m. Police said the bus was going up towards BOC area when the incident happened. The deceased identified as Ashiwa Magh (41) of Tesophenyu village, Tseminyu sub-division, and an employee of PHE Department, died on his way to the hospital. Both the bus driver who surrendered to police and the vehicle are under police custody.
