Making a reference to MMS scandal which recently surfaced in Dimapur, the Dimapur District Citizens’ Forum Saturday condemned what it called “vilification campaign” by “some demented and mischievous person” against a particular college.
DDCF press secretary Kamala Kanta Paul termed the MMS as a “heinous cyber crime out to destroy the sanctity of the hallowed portals of a famous educational institution and that too meant for girls.” DDCF requested responsible authorities to dig deep into the matter so as to award “wrong doers” with exemplary punishment to discourage repetition of such an offence.
