Kashito Kiba: A writer, composer, musician, sound engineer, recordist, and managing director of Pheto Music Association, studied at Patkai Christian College and learned Western Music (Member of Patkai chorale). He graduated from Chennai and also won the Summer Rock Feista 94’ as Skyhigh Band, three years consecutive winner of Western Sumi Youth Gospel Concert, the best original song composition award at Summer Jam 94, produced and released three original music albums back home – Oishe He, Yeghiqha Lau Alovilo (Joy To The World), attended cross–cultural programme at Lovakia, Ukraine (Europe), judged the Highway Star Voice Hunt singing Contest 2010,

Moanungsang Ja-mir: Just one of the guys who’s passionate about music, but as time went on, he met some friends who were into music that really inspired and motivated him and that’s how he got involved into music. Moanungsang to his credit has recorded an Ao dialect album in 1994 which proved to be a success and a source of inspiration for him to pursue further into music. Frontman of the band ‘Ecstasy’ (XTC), the band represented Nagaland in Sikkim Centennial Celebration, performed in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and almost all districts of Nagaland. The band also bagged the runners up title at the National Hornbill Rock contest 2007.  Moanungsang received formal education in western classical music from Patkai Christian College. A musician to the core, a perfectionist when it comes to music, he directed a choir of 150 and won the first prize in all Ao Baptist Churches Dimapur in 1999. He represented Nagaland in 1997 at the 50th Indian Independence at Aizawl, serenaded Miss Dimapur 1997/2008, Miss Nagaland 1998, Bangalore Nagas Nite 2000-‘01, Delhi Haat Nagaland Expo ‘07, All India Radio cultural exchange North-East region, Aizawl 2007. One of his most memorable experiences would be the Musical Opera ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat’ in which he played the role of Pharaoh.   He worked as vocal teacher in Oleanders school of music 2005, and asst. co-coordinator in Prodigals’ Home (2003-06) with street children (popularly known as a ‘father’ and ‘munnabhai’ by the street children of Dimapur), worked among injecting drug users and commercial sex workers on awareness and prevention of HIV and AIDS.  Life took a big turn when he signed up for Naga Idol 06’ and became the first Naga Idol.  Moanungsang is a recipient of Young Achievers Award 06’ hosted by SBI (State Bank of India) North-East Region. He recorded an album supported by MDACC and plans to record more albums and get into song writing in the near future.  He was one of the judges for Kids for Fame season 1 & 2, Music Task Force Road Show 2009, North East Beat contest 2008/09, NSACS Rock Reach along with Abiogenises, Luke Kenny and Akum Jamir and a vocal mentor of Naga Idol 2010 contemporary and rock round and represented the north east at Octave Fest with XTC at Mumbai and Goa. He is presently working at Note Grid as contemporary vocal teacher and is the proprietor of Café Destination, Dimapur, in-charge of media and publicity for Event Factory and Glamazon Events, and marketing head for nagamusiconline.com.

Jethro Merry: A music lover and a businessman by profession, Jethro graduated from Delhi University and holds a Diploma in Sound recording and reproduction from Mumbai University. Since 2001 he was into sound rental business under the name Live Sound.  In 2003, he joined The Nagaland Chamber Choir (TNCC) in Tenor section. Under TNCC he performed at Birmingham in 2005, United States in 2006 and 2007, South Korea in 2006, and at various concerts in different parts of Nagaland.  His recent venture is the Live Sound Music Store, situated at Peseyie Complex, Near Christian Higher Secondary School.  The first round of Kids for Fame season 3 auditions will start from July 16 at Hiyo Café Dimapur; July 18 at Seasons Café, Kohima and July 20 at Cosmos Hall, Mokokchung.
