Parliamentary secretary for power, C. Kipili Sangtam on May 24 visited Kituri Hydro Project near Ghokevi Village.
The 200 kw power project which was commissioned on 29th of April 1991 which used to supply electricity to Longmatra Area under Kiphire district and Ghokevi Village Zenheboto district was shut down in the year 2000 due to technical problem.
Parliamentary secretary was accompanied by power department officials from Kohima, NPF party worker from central, youth and women wings from Kohima.
