Nutrition Day at Meluri Village

Meluri village health committee conducted nutrition day at Meluri village on October 6. 

In a press note by chairman, Vichutho Nyusou altogether 42 children and 2 pregnant women attended the camp. 

All necessary immunization for the children and nutritional intake were provided for the day. Meluri Block ASHA co-ordinator and 3 ASHA workers of Meluri village assisted the proceedings. 

Earlier, Meluri Lady Health Visitor (LHV) highlighted the importance of regular immunization and the necessity for maintaining nutritional diet to the children specially to (1-5) year old and pregnant women.
