Based on information received, personnel of East Police Station conducted a raid at Hotel De Oriental Dream, opposite Supermarket, Dimapur, Wednesday around 8:15 p.m and arrested two NSCN (I-M) activists for illegal possession of arms and ammunition. The two activists were identified as ‘Lt’ Among Pochury (35), son of Chungkhatsu of old Thewati village under Meluri sub-division, and ‘Sgt’ Anito sumi (27), son of Zuhokhu Sumi of Zhuikhu, Medziphema. Police recovered one AK-56 assault rifle, 3 AK-56 magazine, 128 live rounds of AK ammunition; one country made pistol, 2 pistol magazine, one live grenade (Chinese made) and two cellular phones from their possession.
