District Soil Conservation Officer (DSCO), Dimapur, S. Zhimomi has, on behalf of the department, expressed regret over Wednesday’s incident at DC office where one of its staff Toshi Yimchunger caused “untold inconvenience” to the “All Mothers’ rally.” Conveying “sincere apology” to all those affected by the incident, Zhimomi in a press statement assured that the erring staff would be suitably penalized. He also extended gratitude to mothers, students, administration and security personnel for bearing with the “unforgivable outburst.”
