Dimapur District GBs Association (DDGBA) will undertake a peace march on September 19 to protest the recent killings of two GBs in Dimapur. DDGBA president MY Ngullie in a press release said the march will start from the association’s office at Super Market at 9 a.m., and proceed to DC office where the association will submit a memorandum to DC Dimapur. In a separate press release, DDGBA took exception to alleged cancellation of the Nagaland GB Federation’s (NGBF) bandh earlier proposed on September 10 by NGBF general secretary Taku Longkumer without consulting the federation executives. DDGBA demanded immediate resignation of Taku Longkumer from the post of NGBF general secretary.
