Following expiry of deadline served by Nagaland Civil Service Association (NCSA) to the government for fulfillment of its demands, NCSA has convened a meeting on October 6 at Circuit House, Kohima, at 3 p.m to discuss the next course of action. NCSA in a press release asked all NCS officers posted in and outside Nagaland to avail mass casual leave and station leave on October 6 and 7, to attend the meeting.
