Following positive response from the state government, the Nagaland Civil Services Association (NCSA) has withdrawn the mass casual leave which was scheduled to start from October 6. Sources said a Special Cabinet Meeting was expected to be held on October 7 to discuss the issue. Meanwhile, NCSA president, Lithrongla G Chishi has informed all representatives of the district NCSA to gather at the Circuit House at 12.00 noon on October 7.
