One non-local shopkeeper was fired upon by two miscreants who barged into his mobile phone shop located at Hongkong Market and demanded “Chinese Mobile”, Monday around 3.35 p.m. Police quoting the shopkeeper said while the shopkeeper was discussing with his brother about the demand of the two miscreants (Nagas), one of the miscreants brandished a pistol and shot at the shopkeeper. The shot pierced the right palm of the shopkeeper. The miscreants then fled from the scene after snatching the mobile phone, police added.
