Chief minister Neiphiu Rio expressed sadness at the untimely demise of Kohima Municipal Council member (Govt. nominee) Vishul Rhetso, who passed away Tuesday in New Delhi after a prolonged illness. “Shri. Rhetso was a sincere and dedicated public leader who always had concern for the welfare of the people, especially the weaker sections of society,” the chief minister said in a condolence message.
