Elaborate arrangements are under-way for the Korea- India festival to be held on December 2 at New Secretariat plaza, Kohima
“We have started preliminary ground works for the successful hosting of the International festival in the state” revealed Theja Meru, director Korea-India festival.
The sound system will be 50,000 plus watts and lights about 200 par cans, apart from other special effects, he said, adding two giants LCD screens will be put at the venue side.
It was learned that singer, dancer celebrity VJ Isac and singer Ilac will touched down at Dimapur Airport on December 1 afternoon in and head straight for Kohima for the mega show. The show is managed by renowned group XL.
Aisle band, second runner-up in the Nagaland Music Safari, 2008, Boomerang band Mizoram, Nagaland Chamber Choir, Manipur Sword dancer, all have confirmed their participation for the December 2 show, he added.
Meanwhile, there will be limited entry passes, which will be made available at a nominal price costing Rs.20 each. However, locations and names on availability of entry passes will be announced through newspapers soon.
