YTC appeals

Strongly condemning the “indiscipline conduct” of Constable Mukheba the Yimchunger Tribal Council has urged all the factions to apprehend the culprit and hand over to the government. The constable, the personal body guard of DC Tuensang, had decamped with arms and ammunition on January 17. YTC also appealed the factions not to entertain the culprit and urged all the village councils, village guards and the Yimchunger public to report to authority if he was found. Meanwhile, the Yimchunger Union Tuensang Town (YUTT) has also appealed all the factions to nab the culprit and report to the authorities. It asked the various factions not to accept or register the culprit’s name under any circumstances. The YUTT said it was also trying to arrest the culprit and sought cooperation from various villages in this regard.
