ECI appoints five observers for state

The Election Commission of India has appointed five observers for Nagaland during the parliamentary election 2009. According to an official release, they are expected to arrive in the state on March 28 and 29. Three of the observers are expected to look after three districts each while the other two observers would look after a district each.
