The following government school and private school teachers have been selected for Teachers Day award on September 5. The list of government teachers include Ngangnenchiba (GPS Kashiram), Tenukumla (GPS Lengrijan), Temsunaro (GPS naga New Model (Lotha)), Tsulaknok (GPS Kuhuboto), A Zhekheli Sema (GPS Puhuto village), Izhekhu Yeptho (GPS Hukai village), L Tokishe Chishi (GPS Diphupar Sumi), Viholi Sema (GHS Purana Bazar), T Alemba Jamir (GPS Aoyimkum village),Ghokuli G (GMS Diphupar B), Thelma R Chishi (GMS, Diphupar Thangkul), GMS Talitula (GHSS Dimapur) and Chuba Aier (GMS Sematilla).
The list of awardees from private school include Pyingjano Murry (Christina Memorial School, Aoyimti), Zakir Hussain (Living Stone Foundation Higher Secondary School), Tseilezonuo Lucy (St Mary Montessori High School), Temsunungsang (Pilgrim School, Half Nagarjan) and Atula (Lima Aier Higher Secondary School).
