With the final hearing on writ petition filed by Nagaland senior government employees welfare association challenging Nagaland Retirement Act from Public Employment Act 2009 the court is likely to deliver its verdict some time in the next week. The petition was tabled at Principal bench, Guwahati High Court on Thursday wherein both the parties tabled their respective argument before the court.
