Chief Regional Manager, UBI-Silchar A.K. Sen assured to provide ATM facility to UBI Mao Branch along Imphal-Dimapur road on November 10 during his visit. The manager was also accompanied by chief manager CRM Office Akhon Kabui and M. Chandrashekhar Singh, chief officers link office Keisampat-Imphal. Expressing dismay over the poor condition of the branch, Sen stated that the branch would be facilitated with loan system for enterprising people. He called upon the public for their cooperation and expressed hope that loans and funds would be rightly recurred by the beneficiaries.
Interacting with the manager, the public apprised their grievances stating that the branch had only two working staffs despite of introducing a Core banking Solution which had failed to attend the needs of the customers.
The public also raised the need to have ATM facilities so as to transact money for students and employees.
