The ICFAI University Nagaland (IUN) organized a Summer-School Extravaganza at its academic wing Nepali Bosti, Dimapur on May 27. According to a press note, the programme was organized as an integral part of the summer internship to enlighten the students on the importance of ‘Stress Management’. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Charles P. Alexander, principal IUN (Academic wing) said that professional success was possible only when one had healthy mind and body and also highlighted about various relaxation techniques, food habits and life-style changes that one needs to reckon for a stress-free life.
The programme was also attended by the alumni of IUN and other features included dances, role-plays, magic show and yoga demonstration.
