As a part of syllabus of Bar Council of India, Kohima Law College under the guidance of lecturer-in-charge for BCI practical paper, Kezhokhoto Savi conducted moot court involving international, criminal and civil cases for LL.B 4th semester on August 12 at Red Cross building, Kohima. 41 mooters participated in prestigious Moot Court- an artificial court, for students studying law. According to a faxed statement by Kohima Law Students’ Union, NVCO has been contributing services to the public in fighting against unfair practices while weighing and using of wrong scales in the market. It further, suggested the KMC to put up electronic weighing scale in the market to help the pubic in detecting unfair means.
