All Nagaland Adhoc Teachers’ Union (ANATU) has alleged that one newly recruited teacher superseded a teacher who has been in service for the past 12 years.
The union stated that several interviews were conducted in between and that qualified candidates were regularized, thus superseding adhoc teachers who had been in service for the last 12 years.
According to union president Neizevotuo Nakhro, although the state government through the department of P&AR issued an order for service regularization of all adhoc employees who attained three years and above in 2007, lamented the department was yet to complete the work.
The union therefore appealed the department not to conduct interview or declare result of any other groups, batch so as to “keep the right things in the right place and time”
