In a tragic incident, two teenage girls from Kohima who were part of a Christian based group drowned at Zubza River, Niuland on Tuesday afternoon while they were camping by the river side. According to police sources, the victims were part of Christian Unity Fellowship Kohima who has came down for a camping at Niuland. The tragic incident took place after one of the victims saw her friend drowning and jumped into the river to save her. The victims were identified as Grace Lama (18) and Easter Rai (19).
