Nito Theological College graduation ceremony

The 3rd graduation ceremony of Nito theological College was held on April 13. Altogether 14 students graduated this year.
Rev. Vitoshe Swu executive secretary WSBAK graced the occasion as guest speaker. Rev. Votoshe challenged the graduates basing on the life of the disciples of Jesus Christ who were fishermen.
He compared the Church to a boat and people as the fish in the sea and called upon the students to win souls for Christ.
He also challenged the graduates stating that there were two options: God’s will and one’s own will. Explaining the life of Moses in the Bible who chose to do God’s will, Rev. Vitoshe said God uses an ordinary man if one listens to His voice, also adding it was mandatory to listen to the voice of Christ.
The ceremony was attended by governing board members, founding members, sponsors, well wishers and Church leaders along with the parents and relatives of the graduates. The college also awarded students in various disciplines.
Rev. Bengt Anderson Award for academic proficiency was bagged by Vihekhu Shohe from Atoizu Town Baptist Church, Rev. Shiwoto Swunetho Award for best scripture knowledge by Mughali Yeptho from Aghunato Village Baptist Church, Rev. Dr. Najekhu Sema Award for best sermon by Vihekhu Shohe from Atoizu Town Baptist Church, Chairman Emeritus Hokishe Yepthomi Award for best Christian living by Viboli A from Phulesheto Baptist Church and Nito Theological College Award for general proficiency award was given to Akaito K Sumi from SBCZ.
In the programme, Niholi H, principal delivered a welcome address and the act of dedication was carried out by Rev. S Yevito Sumi, executive secretary SBAK.
