Dimapur: The Spear Corps organized a medical camp at Government Primary School, Naharbari village on Saturday. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Sukhato Sema, CMO Dimapur who appreciated the Army for providing health care and medical facilities at the doorsteps of the people of Nagaland.
A team of Army doctors of 4003 Field Hospital and 165 Military Hospital of Rangapahar Military Station under the watchful eyes of Brigadier P K Gupta provided free consultation, eye checkup, medicine and spectacles to the patients.
A lab and dressing station along with health education exhibition was also set up for the benefit of the patients.
Tokheli Kikon, Chairman Village Council Naharbari expressed gratitude to the Army for providing medical assistance as also appreciated the local people for their enthusiastic response.
