A farm school on “Naga Dal” was inaugurated on April 28 at Lemangki Peren Kipeuzang by Khrienuo C. Metha, deputy commissioner and chairperson, ATMA Peren district.
Speaking on the occasion, Khrienuo exhorted the participants to take up the challenges in delivering whatever has been taught and to make it a reality.
She also encouraged farmers to be updated and to be informed of whatever programmes are being undertaken by various agri and allied departments.
Earlier the programme was chaired by Dr. Rokozo Dolie, VAS and convenor ATMA Peren block. Short speech was delivered by the farm school teacher Mzailu and Kumui Nring, deputy project director ATMA Peren district dwelt on the concept of the farm school and its vision.
Lastly, Azuto, EO & BTT member delivered the vote of thanks and thanked all the 25 participants who took part in the programme.
