Issue of postal ballot paper for 26 Aonglenden by-election

DIMAPUR: DC and returning officer, Mokokchung, Lithrongla G. Chishi has informed government drivers on election duty at 26-Aonglenden Assembly Constituency by-election and whose names are enrolled in the electoral roll to collect application form for postal ballot paper from district election office, Mokokchung.
According to an official bulletin, forms should be duly filled in form-12 and submit to officer-in-charge of postal ballot paper at deputy commissioner and returning officer’s office, Mokokchung before May 3.
In a separate release DC also informed that postal ballot paper to officials engaged on election work other than police personnel would be issued on May 4, 2pm and casting or depositing back the marked postal ballot paper (for all categories) in the ballot box placed for the purpose at DC’s office would be done under the charge of Warren Holohon, EAC, Ongpangkong on May 4, 2pm.
