A male A-list celebrity knowingly exposed his sexual partner to the herpes virus, according to a new lawsuit.
The star – who is worth in excess of $100m – is not named, but is described as having ‘substantial fame internationally’.
The court documents describe how the victim – who is not named or identified as a man or a woman – met the celebrity in Las Vegas on April 1 and has now contracted herpes.
Now the victim has launched civil action and is suing for $20m.
In the suit it says the star in question ‘entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure [the] plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires’.
It further claims the celeb told the plaintiff he did not have any venereal diseases.
They then proceeded to watch porn together, the lawsuit claims, before engaging in unprotected sex and acts of ‘mutual oral copulation… mutual self-gratification [and] play-wrestling’.
The entire thing was videotaped, reports TMZ.com, which obtained a copy of the lawsuit.
