Naga students take part in Neift ‘Annual Design Ceremony’

North East Institute of Fashion Technology (NEIFT) believes in promoting the art, culture, talents of the NER in various fields both at the international and national arena. 
It’s a sincere goal and dream of NEIFT to create a positive brand image of the north east to the mainstream world and to make this dream a reality, NEIFT annually organizes a mega event to showcase the talents of its students coming from various states like, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh etc., called the ‘NEIFT Annual Design Ceremony’. 
Recently, all roads at New Delhi led to the exotic venue Dilli Hut, INA which is true representation of mini India, for the NEIFT ‘Annual Design Ceremony’.
CEO NEIFT, Vikram Rai Medhi expressed his gratitude to the title sponsors Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India for coming forward and supporting the event which will on the long run, present the NER, as a destination offering vivid and exquisite places of interest to the international traveler. 
Each designer displayed various theme oriented collections which was a true testimony to the talents and potentials of the young minds of the NER. 
Talented final passed-out students of NEIFT from Nagaland Hyulonyu Rengma started the show with his much appreciated theme – ‘Cycle of Life’, followed by Kohima boy- Thejasevor Sekhose presenting his collection – ‘Coloured Temptation’ which created a riot of colours in the majestic 100 feet Ramp!
Fusion creates new stories and new statements in fashion and very aptly ‘Fusion of Hues’ was the theme of designer Sekuzo Sovenyi from Nagaland. 
These collections and ensemble were displayed by super models of the country along with international models from Brazil, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine. 
CEO NEIFT towards the end of the show, thanked all the esteemed organizations and individual responsible in putting up the event.
