In a major administrative reshuffle, the department of personnel & administrative reforms (P&AR) has transferred, promoted and posted 137 IAS, NCS and NSS officers.
N. Hushili Sema IAS, secretary Women Development department will take over as the DC, Dimapur from incumbent Maongwati Aier, who takes over as commissioner Excise from M. Patton transferred as posted as secretary Land Resources in a reshuffle, affecting 29 IAS, NCS and NSS officers in the rank of DC, secretary, joint secretary etc.
In addition, 108 NCS officers in the rank of ADC, SDO and EAC have also been affected in the transfer and posting according to a communiqué issued by the department of P&AR.
DIMAPUR ADM REVAMPED; HUSHILI NEW DC
Imtirenal Jamir, Revenue Officer (RO) Dimapur replaces Chief Executive Officer Nikhashe Sema as the next CEO Dimapur Municipal Council. Nikhashe is posted as joint secretary Urban Development-cum-CEO, Kohima while B. Henok Buchem, EAC, Seithekiema on promotion is posted as RO Dimapur.
Angelina Tajen, Protocol Officer (PO), Dimapur on promotion is transferred as ADC, Medziphema while Theodore Yanthan, EAC, Pughoboto on promotion has been posted as PO, Dimapur.
SDO (C) Dimapur Hotolu Swu on promotion is transferred as ADC Niuland and Atokhe Aye, EAC Nihokhu, on promotion has been posted as SDO (C) Dimapur.
Two EAC’s Dimapur– Wennyie Konyak on promotion is posted as SDO (C) Kohima and Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, on promotion has been posted as SDO (C) Pungro.
While Tarep Imchen takes over as ADC Dimapur, there was no mention of current incumbent Sedevikho’s new assignment.
Chief secretary Lalthara also informed all officers to move after completion of the EPIC exercise and to report latest by July 31. He also informed that joining time may be availed at a later date, as per existing rules.
