Mongsenyimti village received a brand new community bus on Tuesday. Thanks to the contribution of the village development board (VDB) Mongsenyimti village.
The bus was dedicated by Imti Ozukum, pastor of Mongsenyimti Compound Baptist Church, in the presence of K. Achila Quinker,(BDO) Changtongya Block, who was the chief guest.
Speaking at the occasion, K. Achila Quinker, said the success of this task will have to be attributed not to any govt agencies but the citizens of Mongsenyimti, especially village development board members.
She also said unlike the past, Nagas are now hungry for development and further encouraged the gathering to contribute their best for the uplift of the society.
A. Bendang Pongen Barrick and I. Yanger Ozukum, Mongsenyimti village council Chairman also spoke.
Earlier, the benediction was given by Asongla Ozukum(Asso. Pastor), Mongsenyimti Compound.
