The up-gradation of Government High School (GHS) Tuli to Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) was inaugurated on August 15 with minister for school education and SCERT, Nyeiwang Konyak as the chief guest and MLA and advisor NBDA, L. Temjen Jamir as guest of honour.
Nyeiwang in his speech said the upgradation of Government High School Tuli to Government Higher Secondary School Tuli would benefit the people of the area particularly and the people of Nagaland in general in the field of education.
Others who were present at the function included S. Arenla Aier from Government High School Tuli, Mission Director RMSA and President Langpangkong Tsukong Mongdang, T. Nukshi Yaden and Advisor Tuli Town Council, L. Lepzuk. Earlier, invocation prayer was pronounced by Pastor TTBC, Rev. S. I. Tuden and the programme was chaired by member, Managing Board Government High School Tuli, Ben Moa.
