A study tour team comprising eighteen students of industrial training institute, Tuensang went on a four day visit to Kolkata from August 8 guided by two teachers.
A visit to Advanced Training Institute, Howrah, Kolkata enriched the students’ knowledge and empowered their vision with the latest advanced technologies that are not available in the state.
The students expressed gratitude to Enchiba Longkumer, vice-principal for making all necessary arrangements for the study tour and the directorate of employment and craftsmen training for the sponsorship. They also thanked the director of advance training institute, Howrah, Kolkata for permitting them to visit workshops in their institute, joint director and staff of central staff training and research institute (CSTARI) for accommodations Toshi and Mhonthung for guiding them throughout their trip.
