The Muslim Council of Dimapur (MCD) has wished the people of Nagaland a happy ‘Idd Mubarak’ on the occasion of ‘Idd-ul-Fitir’. MCD further hoped this Idd would bring a new era of peace and brotherhood in Nagaland.
Dimapur District Citizens Forum (DDCF) also wished the members of the Muslim Community on the auspicious occasion of ‘Eid ul-Fitr’. DDCF president Hokiye Yepthomi, along with the office bearers and members while extending their heartiest greetings, hoped this festival would spread love, kindness and understanding amongst the various communities living in peace and harmony in Dimapur.
Dimapur Bengali Samaj wished the Muslim community a happy ‘Eid ul-Fitr’. President K.K Paul (Advocate) Dimapur Bengali Samaj on behalf of the Dimapur Bengali Samaj further extended their greetings to the entire Muslim fraternity.
Minority wing, Naga People’s Front extended ‘Eid ul Fitr’ greetings to the Muslim Community in Nagaland. President, Minority wing, Naga People’s Front Bishnu Bhattacharjee in a release said Eid-ul-Fitr is a time to “rededicate ourselves to truthfulness, sincerity, self-control, patience and human dignity showing complete obedience to God” and further hoped the festival would bring peace, prosperity and well-being for the state and the people all over the world.
Bengali Hindu Community (BHC) also wished the “Muslim brothers & sisters” on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. Bengali Hindu Community, Dimapur, president, Tarun Nandi hoped this festival would strengthen faith in “oneness, compassion and tolerance and instill in us a sense of brotherhood and goodwill towards all”.
