Thousands of music lovers of Tuensang town turned up to witness NSACS RockAware Red Ribbon super star campaign on Monday here at Town hall Tuensang.
‘Tears of Judas’ band was declared winner of the RockAware defeating eight other bands ‘Myriad,’ ‘Amdromache,’ ‘Psychonic,’ ‘Mega Watt’, ‘Acrcia,’ ‘Tribal ‘O’ Nova,’ ‘Holy Un-black’ and ‘Chaotic Carnage’.
Superintendent of Police Tuensang, Roopa. M. IPS, who was the chief guest, encouraged the young talented singers to promote and spread the message of peace, love and development through their performance in various activities throughout the state and country.
She also urged the people to be aware and prevent from HIV and AIDS, where many people have died and suffered from the deadly diseases.
Renbeni Odyuo, Brand Ambassador NSACS, also visited St. John higher secondary school and interacted with the students. She also enchanted the audience of the show with special numbers.
‘The Tears of Judas’ would be performing at the grand final to be staged on October 15 at Dimapur. The team of NSACS RockAware Red Ribbon super star campaign would move to Mon for audition.
