Awareness programme and skill development training programme on water hyacinth based craft, organized by NEDFi in association with Indigenous Cultural Society and sponsored by North East Council (NEC) was inaugurated on September 30 at indigenous cultural Society centre.
Chandra Kanta Das marketing executive NEDFi Guwahati and Debarshi Bhattacharya Branch manager Dimapur were the main resource person of programme. Altogether 30 artisans participated in the inaugural programme.
